    Erasing ‘recent’ conversations on Skype app on Lenovo Windows7 tablet

    The Skype app on my Lenovo Windows7 tablet is too slow to load and my colleague suggested erasing the recent conversations to speed up the loading. By which option on the application can I do that?

    Hi dear friend...........

    It is not possible to delete individual conversations on skype however you can delete your entire conversation history this removes your entire history which includes............

    Instant messages
    Calls
    Voice messages
    Text messages
    Sent and received files

    When your conversation history has been deleted and it cannot be recovered

    To delete your conversation history..........follow these

    1. Sign in to Skype

    2. In the menu bar click Skype > Privacy….

    3. Under Keep history for click Clear history

    ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Re: Erasing ‘recent’ conversations on Skype app on Lenovo Windows7 tablet

    METHOD 1
    REMOVE RECENT CONVERSATIONS FROM SIDEBAR

    * GoTo Main Menu
    * Select "conversations"
    * Click on last menu item "Clear Recent" . It's Done

    METHOD2
    REMOVE PARTICULAR RECENT CONVERSATIONS FROM SIDEBAR

    * GoTo Sidebar
    * Right Click on Conversation you want to remove
    * Select "Close"

    METHOD 1 AND METHOD 2 does not delete conversation permanentally .

    METHOD 3
    DELETE CONVERSATION PERMANENTALLY FROM SKYPE

    * Open Skype and GoTo Main Menu
    * GoTo "Tools"
    * Then "GoTo "Options"
    * Then choose "Privacy"
    * Now Click on Tab "Clear History"
