    Error halaacpi.dll could not be loaded error when trying to install Windows XP

    Trying to reinstall the Windows XP OS in my PC and when I try to do that I get the error message as “file i386 halaacpi.dll could not be loaded”. What should be the problem behind this? Can someone provide me the complete details to resolve the problem?

    this error is most common during installing of windows. there are several reasons behind this error.

    One is Disk is not working for this, you need to use some other disk to install the OS
    Second is your Hard Disk has some faults for this, you need to Delete entire data and format it and install the OS again.
    Third reason is RAM conflicts, you may need to replace it.

    Try all the above solutions to solve your problem

    The error messege displayed refers to the memory problem.

    The primary memory error--The RAM that is installed in your system might have issues, check that, unmount RAM then remount them. Check through software.

    The secondary memory error-- The HDD or the Optican disk may have problems like bad track/bad sector/bad clusteretc. check through diag softwares and if necessary change the disk or drive.

    This could solve the issue.
