    Error message 'personalized settings not responding' appearing on Windows Vista PC

    A weird issue facing on my windows vista, I didn't perform anything just turned off my PC and after restarting getting an error message on screen that personalized settings not responding. Can't handle this issue with my system, need help or some helpful suggestions!!

    First of all, you should run sfc.exe tool to fix the corrupted system files issue, follow the steps:

    > Click on Start and open Run dialogue box
    > Type 'cmd' in search box
    > Do right click on cmd under program list and run it as admin
    > Now, type in: sfc/scannow and hit enter

    Creating a new profile may also another resolution for this issue, procedure:

    > Open control panel, and click on User Accounts and Family Safety
    > Click on User Accounts and navigate to Manage another account
    > Provide info for admin password and click Create a new account
    > Fill suitable info and click Create Account

    HELLO DEAR,

    DEAR IF YOUR PERSONALIZE SETTING DOES NOT WORK THEN FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE AND YOU WILL FIND YOUR PROBLEM SOLVED:-

    >> Dear run your computer as administrator.

    >> Open control panel from start button of your computer screen.

    >> As the control panel window appeared you have to click on user account and family safety option.

    >> Dear now click on user account and go to manage another account option.

    >> Now click on create a new account.

    >> It will demand some info so fill it and click on create account.
