    hiii friend,
    your windows 7 operating system was damaged you cannot do any thing to solve this issue unless booting the system with other windows installation disk .it is the problem with your operating system so try to boot your system with new windows 7 installation disk .you can get the windows 7 original cd by visiting the microsoft official page .otherwise if your or not ready to buy the original then you can download the extracted version from the internet .

    friend use windows 8 rather than windows 7 because you cannot face this type of problems with windows 8 .you can get the original windows 8 by visisting the microsoft page or you can download the extracted version from the torrents and install in your system

    happy to help you;;;;;;;;;;;;;

    Dear friend,

    To solve the error –“system file is corrupted”, you have to do a Windows start-up repair to repair the corrupted system files.
    You can do this in the following way:

    > After placing Windows 7 installation disk in the DVD-ROM drive, Restart your computer.
    > Press Enter key from the keyboard when you are asked to boot from DVD ROM drive.
    > Configure language and location options in Window 7 Startup screen.
    > Click on the Repair your computer option in the next coming screen.

    > In the "System Recovery Options" window click on "Next".
    > This automatic repair process can take some time. Wait to complete.

    And your problem will be solved.

    Thanks!
