Facing the error “Adobe Flash Player not installed” in Windows Vista

I use Internet Explorer 9 in the Windows Vista System. When I try to open some websites in it, it gives me the error “Adobe Flash Player not installed”. I uninstalled the IE9 and reinstalled it, but could not solve the problem. Please, anyone help me in providing the solution. Thank you in advance. Thank you!
