Facing an error "regsvr.exe - No Disk There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk1\DR1"

I have windows 7 computer. Now a days,i am facing strange issue. Whenever i insert my USB drive or any other memory card reader, it flashes an error message "regsvr.exe - No Disk There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk1\DR1". It shows three options "Try Again","Cancel" and "Continue" but none of them works.I am trying to find a fix for the same. Do you know, what to do?

Are you using Quick Time Player. If yes then clear the temporary files which has been created by Quick Time Player. To do the same, open QuickTime Player. Now from the File Menu, choose Open Recent and Clear Menu. Once done, restart your computer. If the same issue still persists then you will have to change the drive letter of your USB drive other than C.To do the same, click on "Start" button and navigate to Control Panel>>System and Security>>Administrative Tools>>Computer Management. It can ask for the admin password so provide it. After that,in the left pane click on "Disk Management". Right click on the drive which represents your USB drive and click on "Change Drive Letter and Paths".To assign a driver letter which has not been assigned, click on "Add" and choose a drive letter. Once done, click on "Ok" button. It should fix your issue.
