To overcome this error message from your system, you need to call ‘Setup API InstallHinfSection’ function then you will be able to install Windows Firewall without any issue. Follow the procedure:

    > Click on start button and open Run Windows
    > Type cmd and click ok
    > Type the command and then hit enter
    Rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection Ndi-Steelhead 132 %windir%\inf\netrass.inf
    > Now, restart your PC and again click on start button
    > Open Run windows and type following command in command prompt then hit enter
    Netsh firewall reset
    > Again Go to start button click Run and type firewall.cpl
    > Hit enter and click On(recommended) in Windows Firewall dialog box
    > Click ok, process finished
