Fix for the issues with Windows 8 taskbar?

On my Windows 8 computer, I have the problem with the taskbar that is even after closing the opened program the taskbar still shows the program like minimized and when I click on it nothing opens. After restarting the taskbar is working properly but if I open any program again then it won't move from taskbar until a restart is made.

friend i have two solutions for this problem, you can try these both..
first is bit simple but logical...

First Method : Unlock the task bar and hold it with the mouse and move it to the right or to the top of the window.
Finally drag it to the bottom. This should solve your problem.

If you still face an issue then there is something wrong with icon cache..

    Second Method :

in the search bar type Run and right click on it and select run as administrator.
    Open Command Prompt (Admin)
    Type the following commands

    taskkill /F /IM explorer.exe
    cd /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local
    attrib -h IconCache.db
    del IconCache.db
    start explorer

okay, now check if you still find the problem....

    Happy to sever you
