    Hello Friend...

    This error mainly of any register file corrupted.

    To get over rid of this issue follow the steps given below:

    ->Boot your computer with windows XP cd

    ->Click on the first R (for repair).

    ->Follow the instructions, for this you may need to login as the administrator.

    ->Now you are going to rename the bad registry file and restore a copy form the repair location.Enter the following commands
    * ren c:\windows\system32\config\software software.bad
    *copy c:\windows\repair\software c:windows\system32\config

    Run CHKDSK to fix any disk problem.

    Running CHKDSK is not guarantee that your files will be safe , so before going to do this backup your data.

    Dear friend,

    You can reinstall the Windows 7 without any problem. Restarting is a problem of Windows not of BIOS.
    Configure your BIOS to boot from CD or DVD by pressing del or similar key during the first Startup screen appearance.
    Windows 7 installation disk into your DVD-ROM and then press enter key two times to boot with that DVD.
    Windows installation will begin.

    Or you can choose safe mode during boot up by pressing F8 or similar key specific to your computer hardware.
    In safe mode, you can stop the automatic restart by going to Control Panel > System > System protection > advanced >
    Startup and recovery settings and then unchecking the automatically restart option.

    Thanks!
