    Fixing the error “Do You Want to Open This File?” in Windows 7

    I received an error in my Windows 7 System, when trying to open start menu. I got the error “Do You Want to Open This File?” I need to remove the error. I need help, to solve the problem. Please, anyone help me, thank you in advance.

    Solution
    STEP 1: Click Start >> Run.
    STEP 2: Type “cmd”, hit Enter.
    STEP 3: Command Prompt opens.
    STEP 4: Type the command “ICACLS "%programdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" /Setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)Medium”, hit Enter.
    STEP 5: Some process goes on.
    STEP 6: This removes the error message from the start menu.
    STEP 7: No error message is displayed now, your Problem is solved.

    DEAR IF YOU ARE FACING THE "DO YOU WANT TO OPEN THIS FILE" PROBLEM THEN DEAR YOU MUST HAVE TO FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTION THEN YOUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED.

    >> Dear first of all press "window + R" key so that run window will open.
    >> Now type "CMD" IN THE RUN WINDOW.
    >> Now command prompt window will open.
    >> Now type the command " ICACLS "%programdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" /Setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)Medium”
    "and then press enter.
    >> Some processes goes on and after that your problem is solved.
