Getting “missip32.dll module not found” message while registering DLL files for Windows Defender on Windows Vista

As I need to turn on Windows Defender on my PC upgraded to Windows Vista, I tried to register DLL files for several times. On each attempt, I keep getting the message “the module missip32.dll failed to load. Make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .dll files. The specified module could not be found”. How can I fix up this error?

missip error is one of the most critical error because it is associated with missio32.dll module. this module is used for maintaining system performance and allowing the system to run properly.

there are several reasons for this kind of error. few of them are
    unfinished system file removal
    boot.in file damage
    incorrect system file update
    driver update failure
    incomplete installation setup
    incorrect BIOS setting

    To solve this problem

    first download this file
    http://www.dllguru.com/downloadpage.php?dll=mssip32.dll

once file is downloaded Unzip it and move it to HOME directory usually C drive > windows folder > system32

Now Press Win+R on your keyboard
    type "cmd" without quotes
in command prompt type the following commands
    regsvr32 *dllfilename* and hit enter
