You are getting "Unsupported video or audio file format" because you are trying to play the video which is not supported by Microsoft Windows Media Player. You have two option for solving this issue. Either you can use a third party software like - VLC Media Player or you can use a Codec Software. After installing a codec software, you would be able to play almost any format on your windows media player AVI, MP4, FLV, MKV, OGM, DVD files, MPEG, MPG, 3GP, MOV, AMV. I will recommend you to use "K-Lite Codec Pack" which is available for both 32 and 64 bit version of windows. To download this K-Lite Codec Pack, visit- http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm to download 32-bit version and visit -http://www.codecguide.com/klcp_64bit.htm

    Hello friend..

Windows media can't be support the all the Video file so you need to download the video supported file Codec through the net..

when you open the file it automatically ask the download the codec so you go to the internet and download it..

you also download it supported codec from the http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm, http://www.codecguide.com/klcp_64bit.htm..

    HELLO DEAR,

Dear if you are facing the problem with your window media player that your window media player unable to play some video files then dear this may be possible due to the reason that dear the video file you want to play with the media player must be of other format then the window media player has the ability to play so dear according to my point of view you must have to install a new video player so that that player can play your video well.

    >> Dear you must have to know that in which format your video file for example MP4,MPG,3GP. and dear download and install the video player which is meant for play the video format in which you file is.

    HAVE A NICE DAY,

    Hello Friend,

Error Happened Because Media Player Not Supported All The Format Of Videos For This Solution Just Download The Source Code And Installed In The PC.
    Code Name : K-Lite
    Website : http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

So Download And Installed In The System Than Videos Play Without Error.

I Hope That Info Is Usefully
