Try to install your printer's driver in clean boot mode. It can fix issues related to software conflicts. If you don't know the procedure to perform a clean boot then follow the below given method:
    1. Click on "Start" button and type "msconfig" in the search box and hit enter button on keyboard. It can ask for Administrator password so don't hesitate to provide the same. Now a different windows will appear before you.
    2. Click on "General Tab" and then on "Selective Startup".Now uncheck the "Load Startup Items" check box.
    3. After that click on "Services" tab and check the check box which has the option "Hide All Microsoft Services". Once checked that option, click on "Disable All" button and click on "Ok" button. After completing all the above mentioned steps, restart your computer to reflect these changes.
Try to use the latest driver for your printer. You can download an updated driver from http://www.epson.co.uk/gb/en/viewcon/corporatesite/store/products/mainunits/support/11536.If you are still facing any issue then feel free to contact us.
