Setup may hang or stop responding if a currently installed driver is outdated or not fully compatible. To end the stalled installation, you may need to force your PC to shutdown using the power button, and restart it. It my require up to 3 restart to stop the update from attempting to install. Restarting 3 times may bring up the Advanced Troubleshooting menu. If so, selectWindows Startup Settings, and then select Restart.

    Thank you.

    Hello !!!

it seems that the update you are trying to install might not be compatible for your machine.
as a result your laptop get strucked to the 1% and then get revert back.
since windows update don't get installed automatically.
first it look for the updates.
than it search for the updates in the machine.
now it will comapre the updates.
and then it will make the compatibility test.

since as it get failed at this situation.
and as a result you are strucked to 13%.

so don't worry, try to update your machine after sometime.
these updates might be not fr you.

hope i am clear to you.
    thanks for posting in EALP.
