First of all, Temporarily disable all the security software like antivirus. Turn your firewall on and Off. Once done, try running the Network Troubleshooter to know more about the problem. To do so, Right click on the Network Icon in the notification are and then click on "Troubleshoot Problems". It it doesn't fix your issue, make sure that all cables are connected properly(Modem is connected to a working jack). Restart your modem and router. Remove the power cable from the router and modem. Wait for sometime and then plug the modem and router back in. Also check the router for compatibility issues because some networking feature of windows 7 doesn’t support older network routers and thus cause problem. If none of the above mentioned reason is causing an issue, try to flush the DNS and request a new IP address from your ISP server. The steps for the same is given below:
    • Press "Windows Key+R" to open the Run command.
    • Type "cmd.exe" in the text box and hit the Enter button on your keyboard.
    • Use the below given command in the command prompt:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    • Once done, Exit the command prompt.

Reactivate your own computer and router. Take out the ability cord with the router and modem. Watch for sometime and plug a computer and router rear in. As well check the router for compatibility challenges since many network feature regarding windows 7 will not help more aged multi-level routers and thus induce problem. If perhaps none of the above mentioned rationale causes an issue, consider to purge a DNS and request for a different IP address from your ISP server. This steps for the similar is provided below:
