    Getting an Error code '0x0000007A' while connecting printer in Windows 7

    I am having windows 7 ultimate version and using it on dell laptop. Issue facing while installing printer with my system. It was working good with Home basic version but can't access with windows 7 ultimate version. What's the reason? Help me !!

    Hello friend...

    I suggest you to reinstall the driver for your printer.

    You can go to the manufactures website and get the most updated version...

    DEAR FRIEND,

    To solve the issue about the printer ......follow the below steps

    click start menu and go to control panel

    now click on system and security option ....

    then choose Action center option

    now click Troubleshooting .....and choose Hardware and sound option

    after choose Printer option ...and next click on Advanced option inside the window and choose Run as administrator ......provide the confirmation .........and click Next

    And follow the instructions

    Dear friend,

    To solve this problem proceed as follows:

    1. Go to Control Panel> Devices and Printers .
    2. Look here for your printer. If your printer is not listed here, then there is problem with your printer driver. Try to get a Windows 7 compatible latest printer driver and install it.
    3. If your printer is listed here, then right click on it and click "Troubleshoot" from the drop-down context menu.
    4. And follow on-screen instructions to get your problem solved.
