Getting error code 2103 while streaming videos using Media Center on Windows Vista

I try to stream some videos from internet using Media Center on my PC upgraded to Windows Vista and it was possible to view them till yesterday. Now, when I try to start the movie through internet, I keep getting the error message “we cannot find the movie player, error code: 2103”. How can I get rid of this error?

Click on the Start button and navigate into All Programs->Accessories from the start menu. Right click on the ‘Command Prompt’ option afterwards and select ‘Run as Administrator’ option. Confirm authorization by providing necessary credentials. Type sfc /scannow into the black command prompt window and press the ‘Enter’ key. The scan process will begin and you will be prompted to insert Vista DVD to continue it. If there is no serious issue, then you can find “Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations” message after the scan. Quit the command prompt window afterwards and restart your PC. You need to system restore for getting the previous settings. Locate the start search box after clicking on ‘Start’ button and type system restore into it. Enter your password or click ‘Continue’ option while prompted for administrator password or confirmation respectively. Select a new restore point from the System Restore dialog box pop up on the screen and press the ‘Next’ button. A list of restore points will then appear on the screen from which click the restore point you have created earlier. After that, click the ‘Next’ and ‘Finish’ button one after the other.
