Getting an error code 80072EFF while performing Synchronization

I am a windows mobile user and facing a strange issue. I was trying to perform the sync process when I got an error 80072EFF. I am not a technocrat so don't know, how to fix it. Is there anyone who can solve this problem?

This error is related to either a communication failure or server connection issue. To solve this issue make sure that the server is listening on SSL port and your device has the ability to connect with server over SSL.

    Dear Friend!!
Error 0x80072eff indicates that the server could not be reached.
If you keep getting the same error on every attempt to perform the updates, try out these steps.
    Step 1: Temporarily disable antivirus
For test purpose disable antivirus and check the updates.

Step 2: Run Windows Update Troubleshooter.
This is an inbuilt troubleshooter in Windows 7. It makes sure that your computer is connected to the Internet, and checks to see whether your network adapter and Windows Update services are running correctly.
Another problem can be a Virus activity and you need to run a full scan and i will recommend you to run online virus scan.
You can do so from this link- http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm
    hope this helps!!
