Getting error code 8024200d while installing update KB976002 into Windows 8

I have recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 8. Since then, I used to get the error code 8024200d on installing update KB9760 into it. What should I do to fix up this issue?

Press the ‘Start’ button and wait until the start search box appears on the start menu. After that, you need to type CMD into the search field. The next step required is to right click on cmd.exe pop up on the screen. Select ‘Run as Administrator’ option from the available menu. Type the administrator password into the corresponding field while prompted. Enter the command, net localgroup "Administrators" "NT Authority\Local Service" /add into the command prompt and press the ‘Enter’ key. Quit all windows and reboot your PC. Then, check the wireless connection and make sure the issue gets resolved or not.
