Download MpsSvc and BFE registry files and launch them. They are registry files. They can ask you for the confirmation so click on "Yes". Press "Windows Key+R" to open the run command box. Type "regedit" in the run command box and hit the enter button on your keyboard. It will open the registry editor. Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\servi ces\BFE". Right click on it and choose "Permissions". Then click on "ADD" and type "Everyone". Finally, click on "Everyone" and choose "full control" option under "Permission for users". After that, press "Windows Key+R" again. Type "services.msc" in the run command box and hit the enter button. Start the base filtering and Windows Firewall service.
