This problem occurs when "MSVCP71.DLL" is either missing or unregistered on your computer. Search for this file in "System32" directory. If this file is present there then click on "Start">>"Run". Now type "regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\MSVCP71.DLL" in the text box and hit the enter button on your keyboard. Here i have assumed that windows is installed on C drive. If you have installed windows in any other drive then replace "C" with that particular drive. It will register the file. If there is no such file in your system32 folder, you need to download a zipped version from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...l?msvcp71.Once downloaded, use the same method to register it.
