Getting an error that there is problem in loading "msigbr32.dll"

I have a sony vio laptop which has awesome sound quality. I have just purchased it. It is just 2 months old and everything is working fine as well but an error message has created fear in my mind. Actually when i start my computer, an error message ""there was a problem loading msigbr32.dll. the specified module could not be found" pops up. However it doesn't create any problem. After clicking on "Ok" button, the message box disappears and then doesn't come back again. Is there any problem with my computer. I don't want to see this error message again so kindly help me to fix this issue.

Re: Getting an error that there is problem in loading "msigbr32.dll"

    Hi,

To solve your puzzle let me state you a few tricks if that works.

    1. Use the option "SFC /SCANNOW" Command - System File Checker,

Next use "Repair Install" if there is any error in file.

    2. write "regedit" at the command prompt to search registry for msigbr32.dll and check if it is present.

    3. Run "msconfig" and select the "Startup" tab. Is there anything in the list that catches eye; ie, a program that may have been removed or is unfamiliar.
    Rremove.
    Reboot and check what happens.
    Hope this helps,

Re: Getting an error that there is problem in loading "msigbr32.dll"

    Hi,

The fear you are experiencing is not totally meaningless , however dont get nervous and proceed as i `m suggesting.

Write at the command prompt SFC /SCANNOW , (SFC means System File Checker)

Again write Repair Install if there was any file error found at all.

Try "regedit" to edit the registry for the msigbr32.dll and check if it is located there.

And run "msconfig" and select "Startup" tab. If there Is anything in the list that attracts your eyes in suspection, such as a program that was removed or is unfamiliar still in the registry entry. Correct that.
Alert: dont tweak if you are not conversent with registry editing.

Possibly you will be error free by now.
    Thank you.
