For fixing your issue, you should restore default libraries in your window 7 computer. To do the same,open "Windows Explorer", right click on the video library and choose Delete. If it ask for the confirmation then click on "Yes". Don't worry because deletion of library doesn't delete the contents of the included Folders. However you may need to include your folder manually(if needed). After that,in the Navigation Pane of windows, right click on Libraries and choose the Restore Default Libraries. It simply creates new library i.e your default libraries. It should work for you.However let me know,if you need any further assistance.
