Getting an error"Your hardware accelerator is either off or not working properly"

I have a sony vaio SVE15115EN laptop. I mistakenly removed the original windows 7 64-bit OS and installed windows 7 32-bit and now i'm unable to find a graphics driver for my ATI Radeon graphics card. The drivers i have doesn't install correctly. I get an error message "Your hardware accelerator is either off or not working properly". I want to fix this issue. How can i do that?

First of all make sure that you are using Windows 7 32-bit and not the windows xp 32-bit. Since newer laptop devices are incompatible with windows xp any more, you wouldn’t be able to run windows xp in full compatibility mode. You must install windows 7 back again. In your question, you have mentioned that you are using windows 7 32-bit edition but drivers are not working. If this is the case then you should download windows 7 32-bit drivers for your computer by visiting your manufacturer’s website It seems that you are trying to install windows 7 64-bit compatible drivers. That’s the reason why you are getting error message. Make sure that you are using the original windows 7 OS.If the problem still persists then reinstall your windows 7 OS by using the bootable windows 7 disc.
