Last week I downloaded the ISO of windows 8 Release Preview.Everything worked fine, but while Installing it, I encountered an error “Your PC’s CPU isn’t compatible with windows 8” and thus I am unable to install this version in my system.I just want to know the reason and solution of this error as my system has enough resources with i3 processor and more than 250 GB hard disk and 2GB RAM.

If you want to Install windows 8 Release Preview on your system then your CPU must support following features:
    SSE2
    NX
    Physical Address Extension(PAE)

Most of the CPU which comes now a days contains these features Enabled but if your are getting some error then there are two possibilities: Either your CPU doesn’t suppprt these features or These features are not enabled. This is a common problem which is faced by most of the users while installing this Release Preview of windows 8. This error occurs on most of the out dated CPU. The users are facing this kind of problem because microsoft has not mentioned anything specifically. The best solution of this problem is to Enable XD in your Bios set Up. I am sure your problem will be solved by enabling this feature in your BIOS set up.
To enable this feature, follow the following steps:-

    > Shut-down your system and Restart it.
    > Press the sytem key to open BIOS. Different system has different key to open BIOS. If you are enable to find the desired key then please keep a close look on > screen when your computer boots, you would be able to see a key which shows -”set up” or something like that. The typical keys for this are - F2, ESC,Del etc.
    > Move to Security Tab in your BIOS set up Page.
    > Now the most important step is to Enable the NX/XD bit flag to ON .
You have completed the steps so just Save BIOS setting and let the computer to restart and you can carry on your installation process.

If you are having the required hardware then try installing some other copy of windows 8 as that copy maybe installed in some other way.
