Getting Outlook Express dialogue box while starting up Windows XP

Whenever I start up my PC running on Windows XP, I keep getting a dialogue saying “Outlook Express can compact messages to save space”. I am using Microsoft Outlook with my system instead of Outlook Express. In what way can I avoid this?

Go to the left side of desktop and click the ‘Start’ button reside at the bottom part. When you can view the start menu, locate the ‘Control Panel’ option from it. By the time you find that option, make a single click on this option. This will open up ‘Control Panel’ window on the screen from which click the ‘Indexing Options’ option. The next step required is to click on the ‘Modify’ button available on the screen. You can then view a list of options on the screen. Navigate through that list and locate the ‘Outlook Express’ option. After that, clear off the checkbox next to this option with a single click.

    Hello there !!!

let me tell you that this is not an error message displayed to you.
actually this is the suggestion from the outlook express to you that you can save your
extra space by compacting your size.

this will help you to save the [space.
so, don't worry if you don't want to get involved into it , than ignore the message.

there will no harm to your system.

hope i am clear to you.
    thanks foe posting in EALP.
