Getting Registry data recovery data message on starting up laptop running on Windows XP

Whenever I boot my laptop running on Windows XP, I can view the message saying “One of the files containing the system’s Registry data had to be recovered by use of log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful”. I have restarted my system several times and the message still is not getting erased from it. In what way can I get rid of this message?

First of all, run a System File Checker scan on your laptop. Click the ‘Start’ button for that and select ‘All Programs’ from the start menu. Choose the ‘Accessories’ option afterwards and click on ‘Command Prompt’ option. Wait until the command prompt window pop up on the screen and type sfc /scannow into it. Press the ‘Enter’ key to start the scan process. If the issue persists after performing the scan, then do a clean boot on your system. First of all, click the ‘Run’ option inside start menu and type msconfig into ‘Open box’ before pressing the ‘Enter’ key. This will bring up the System Configuration Utility dialog box from which press the ‘General’ tab. Click the ‘Selective Startup’ option afterwards and clear off the checkbox next to Process SYSTEM.INI File, Process WIN.INI File and Load Startup Items. Also, make certain that the check box near Load System Services and Use Original BOOT.INI are already checked. Then, press the ‘Services’ tab and click the checkbox near ‘Hide All Microsoft Services’ option. Restart your PC while prompted.
