Getting Shockwave Flash Crash while recording video via Facebook using mic and webcam with Windows Vista

Whenever I try to record videos through Facebook after attaching mic and webcam with my PC running on Windows Vista, I keep getting the “Shockwave Flash Crash” error. This issue also happens with other sites which can allow the same mic and webcam. I use Internet Explorer to browse all these sites. In what way can I fix up this error?

Try to download Adobe Shockwave Player and Adobe Flash Player into your system by navigating into http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/ and http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ respectively. After that, check whether the same issue happens while recording video. If you can still find the issue, launch Internet Explorer in ‘no add-ons’ mode. Press the ‘Start’ button for that and select ‘Accessories’ from the start menu. Then, make a single click on ‘System Tools’ option. You can then find several items under that option in the form of list. Navigate through that list and click the ‘Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)’ item. This will show up the ‘Internet Explorer’ window without add-ons. You can try recording by browsing through that window.
