How to access the hidden files and folders using a single screen in windows vista?

I have been using windows vista since 2007 and with windows updates,it is now at service pack 2. I have a problem related to hidden folders. I use the hidden folder feature of windows frequently but as time passes i forget the location of some of them and even which partitions they are in.Is there a way that i might be able to access all hidden folders from a single screen using some software?

You can simply type “attributes:2” in the search box of any Windows Explorer windows to find all hidden objects within the currently open folder. Do this in each drive to bring up a list of hidden files and folders(Assuming you have now turned on the option to display hidden objects, which can be found in the “Organize” menu). If that doesn’t help. You can also open a command prompt window, navigate to each drive’s root and use the following command:”dir *./ah /s /p” to restrict the result only to folders. If you have some idea where your folders are, search within those folders so that you exclude the hundreds of windows system files which are also hidden.

In windows vista you can enable searching for hidden files and folders in the search box it self
    from the windows start menu
    click on search
    then select advanced search
then select include non indexed, hidden and system files
    to search for file
    click start computer
enter the name of the file or folder in the search computer box.
now you can get the hidden files or folders as result

You can easily style “properties:2” from the investigation field from a House windows Ie microsoft windows to uncover all of invisible things while in the currently open up folder. Do that throughout each and every generate to create upward a long list of invisible files as well as folders(Assuming anyone have right now switched about the replacement for show invisible things, which can be found from the “Organize” menu). If this won't help. Also you can open up a new demand prompt home window, find their way to each drive's underlying and rehearse this demand:”dir *./ah /s /p” to limit the result only to folders. Should you have an idea where your directories will be,investigation in just these directories so you banish your countless microsoft windows system files that can also be hidden.
