This is a problem of not only any specific version of ms-word but you can observe this error with ms-word 2003,2007 and 2010 as well. It is really annoying when word start every new row with a Capital letter or abbreviation like- Dr.,Nat. etc. How can we rectify this.

This problem can be Rectified from the Option tab present in every version of ms-word. Now a days every one is using Ms-Office 7 so I am providing the solution for this version. Click the Office button and then “Word Options”. Open “Proofing” and then select the category “AutoCorrect Option”. In older version of ms-office, you will find this option under “Tool “ menu. Deactivate the option “Capitalize first letter of sentences” and “Capitalize first letter of Table cell” from the “AutoCorrect” Tab. Now move to “AutoFormat during Input” tab and then decide what you need according to your need. Adjust the setting fully according to you and confirm the setting by pressing Ok button. You are done.
