Once you can view all programs under ‘Programs’ in start menu, highlight any of the item in it. Then, right click on it and wait until a menu pop up on the screen. Scroll through that menu and select ‘Sort by Name’ option. You can also sort the programs with the ‘Start’ button. Right click on that button and choose ‘Properties’ from the pop-up menu. Press the ‘Customize’ button afterwards and click the checkbox next to ‘Sort All Programs menu by name’ item. Then, press the ‘OK’ button on ‘Customize Start Menu’ window and ‘Taskbar and Start Menu Properties’ window.
