Re: How to avoid Battery installation Error on Windows 7?

    Hi,

So far battery is concern Windows checks the battery status of the Laptop , but in case of the Desktop computers there is only a LiIon battery installed on board which powers the system clock and Windows does have no roll to play.

So if windows prompt a battery fault shut off the system and dis engage the battery from the laptop and engage it, then check the result.

In case of desktop open the casing and on the mother board you will find a tablet battery removing it will erase all stored settings like date, time password etc. So think before removing that. Change the battery in both the cases, if required.

    Thanks.
