The Explorer browser on Windows XP powered Lenovo notebook can be tapped opened at first. On entering the browser, you have to opt for the ‘tools’ option. Followed by that, the ‘internet option’ label should be opted. Next you can get into the privacy tab of the browser. From the privacy tab, you are supposed to go to the settings screen. There you will find option for managing cookies along with a slider. You can just move the slider to screen top in order to block cookies. Finally the ‘ok’ option can be chosen to apply the changes.

In order to block cookies from getting in to the computer you need to take the following steps.

Click start Internet Explorer, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Privacy, here you will find cookies setting , set it to your choice.

But here's one important thing to be noted, cookies are actually small programs pushed by the websites which includes authorised as well as unauthorised both, authorised valid websites collects data using cookies from your computer to develop themselves, crookes of course do different things.
Once you block all cookies you may face problems in web experience and will encounter window of messages notifying your cookies status, and if you agree to those inconveniences you can set cookies off.
