    How can I change the font styles automatically if the conditions meet in Microsoft excel 2007?

    Hi friends I use windows 7 in my desktop with Microsoft office 2007 in it for my office works and I want excel to change the fonts color and style when the condition is meet please tell me how can I do it……Thank you

    Dear,

    You can able to change the font style as well as the font color of the text by selecting the text and then have to right on the selected portion of the text and have to click on the "fonts", in this option you will get all the option of font style and changing the font style options and yoy can make all the changes according to your wish or work.

    Friend, follow these Steps to Change the Cell Colour Automatically when the Condition Satisfies.

    STEP 1: Click on "Format" Button.

    STEP 2: Select "Conditional Formatting".

    STEP 3: Enter the Condition for which you want to want the Change in Font Style or Colour or another Changes and Click "format" Button.

    STEP 4: In the Format Window Select the Font Style you want.

    STEP 5: If you want to add more than one Condition, you can Click on "Add" Button.

    STEP 6: If you are done with it, Click "OK" Button.

    go on menu bar in microsoft excel 2007.
    there is a option "insert".
    click on it . it open a list there is a name font choose it for removing ur problem.

    you can change the font styles automatically in the microsoft excell 2007 by selecting the option in the tools provided inthe microsoft excel 2007 this will save us lot of time to change the font styles accordingly..

    Off course, you can Change the font Colour automatically when the Condition Satisfies.


    To Change the font Colour automatically when the Condition Satisfies
    , you have to follow some steps

    Steps
    1. Open MS excel 2007
    2. Go to Format
    3. Select “Conditional Formatting”
    4. Now you have to decide the condition for which you want to change the Font Colour
    5. Click on Format
    6. Now select the Style of Font you want to change in
    7. Click “Ok”
    8. If you want to apply more conditions you can click on “Add” Button
    9. Now click “OK”
    10. Now you can put the value or text in the desired cell to test


    Done !!

    If you want to change font styles in Microsoft Office 2007, then you will have to click Home button present just below Title Bar. From there, you can change Font Style, color and much more formatting tools.

    Follow these steps:


    1.First Open MICROSOFT EXCEL.

    2.Click MICROSOFT BUTTON on the left corner,and then click EXCEL OPTIONS.

    3.In the POPULAR CATEGORY under When creating new workbooks, do the following:


    -->In the Use this font box, click the font that you want to use.

    -->In the Font Size box, enter the font size that you want to use.

    Just fallow the steps given below.
    Steps:
    -->Just open MS Excel.
    -->Then select the format.
    -->Then select Condition formatting.
    -->Now you have select and deride the condition for which you want to change color.
    -->Now change the style font that you want to change.
    -->Then click OK.
