Friend, you can know the Temperature of your CPU by,
1) Initially download Core Temp Tool.
2) Download it , so that you can monitor your CPU Temperature. It supports mainly Intel and AMD.
Intel CPU allows you to know the Temperature of the Individual Core of your Processor of your System. It is with Intel Central Processing Unit (CPU).
For AMD, it is not possible to know the Temperature of the individual Core. It shows the wholr Temperature rather than the individual Core.
you can check your cpu temperature by either manually or by using a software
1) go to bios and check cpu temperature
1)you can also find it by using "CORE TEMP" application..
2)download it from this link www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
thats it..install it and find your cpu temperature..

Everest is one of the best software i used and still using.it requires very less memory and processing powre to run and you can run it in windows 7 professional.http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/...-Edition.shtml
Effects of high temperature on any CPU
Every CPU has a maximum bearable temperature which is set by it's manufacturer. If CPU temperature is beyond that bearable temperature, the following problems may occur easily:
The life-span time of CPU is reduced.
CPU freezes randomly
CPU resets randomly and your computer restarts.
Lastly, CPU can burn
What are the symptoms of high CPU temperature?
There are some symptoms by which you can easily figure out that the temperature of computer CPU is not in good temperature i.e. CPU temperature is increased beyond it's bearable condition. Some of the symptoms may:
At the loading or installing time of operating system, PCs give the infamous blue screen.
It is also seen that your computer is working correctly but after some time it starts to malfunction.
It is also seen that your PC is running very smoothly but all on a sudden it restarts.
How to solve overheating CPU temperature problem?
To solve overheating CPU temperature problem, you may take the following things:
To use best thermal casing which is suitable for your computer CPU.
To use those types of fans and coolers which has better capabilities to reduce temperature.
To minimize the room temperature.
To enhance the computer case internal air flow.
CPU temperature measuring
There are three basic ways to measure the temperature of CPU and motherboard:
Through the BIOS
Through motherboard software or
Through other third party software.
DirectX contains a set of APIs that provide access to the advanced features of high-performance hardware, such as 3-D graphics acceleration chips and sound cards. These APIs control low-level functions, including
two-dimensional (2-D) graphics acceleration; support for input devices such as joysticks, keyboards, and mice; and control of sound mixing and sound output. The low-level functions are supported by these components that make up DirectX:
The third way is the simplest .
You can download a software Everest from the internet which can monitor you CPU temperature.
you can find out your CPU temperature prior you boot windows7 , that is go to the BIOS and for most PC out there now your BIOS should have an option to display your CPU temperature. however you can do the same inside windows 7. or
you can download small utilities like "core temp" that enables you to monitor your CPU temperature
you can use SpeedFan software for checking CPU temperature. SpeedFan is great software to measure temperature of CPU. The user interface of SpeedFan is very user friendly. SpeedFan is a freeware program that monitors CPU temperature and can also do a lot more. For example, by using it you can monitor hard disk temperature, voltage and also control fan speed.
Hi Friend ,
You can view your CPU temperature in your BIOS .

I hope it will help you..
Thank you and All the best..
It is a good intention on your part to check the CPU temperature as it is very important for longer life and better performance.
Higher temperature leads to a short life span of the Processor and makes it underperformer.
In fact a GHz clock speed performed three times faster when kept with a container of liquid nitrogen and below zero condition, in an experiment.
But let me tell you this too that todays processors can work under tremendous stressfull conditions such as it can run smoothly ina temperature range of -5 degree celcious to 50 degrees celcious. So you can work without headache even if you dont run computer under A/C environment.
Just a google search will provide you many such handy gadgets of your use. Be cautious about virus.
