    Hello Friend,
You can play .OGG file in Windows Media Player, but it takes enough time to make it play .OGG file, first you have to download plugin codec, then extension support, configure it................it is very confusing and time taking but possible.

Rather than there is a shorter and easy way to play .OGG files.

Download VLC media player and open your .OGG files easily.

    Download VLC here = http://netcologne.dl.sourceforge.net....1.8-win32.exe

    hi friend,
The problem is due to lack of Codec that supports the .OGG file format or might not support the [COLOR=#1fa2e1! important]codec
that was used to compress the file.

    Follow these steps:

    1.Open START>RUN,type regedit.exe.

    2.Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.

    3.Create a new sub-key named .ogg.

    4.Select HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ogg.

In the right pane perform the following:

1.Double-click and set its data to .mp3file.

2.Create a new REG_SZ value named context Type.

3..Double-click content type and set audio/x-ogg as its data.

    4.Create a new REG_SZ value PerceivedType.

5.Double-click PerceivedType and set its data to audio.
