    The Command Prompt opens and you will use the following to enable Hibernation.

    powercfg /hibernate on

    Now you should have Hibernate options in the start menu and will also be an option when you hit Ctrl+Alt+Del.

    Windows command for hibernate is :->

    ping -n 20 127.0.0.1 > NUL 2>&1 & shutdown /h /f

    You have to write it in RUN command box :

    Here , 20 refers to time in seconds before hibernate executes.
    So, you change it also.

    Three Main ways to Hibernate from Command-Line

    METHOD :- 1

    "ping -n 20 127.0.0.1 > NUL 2>&1 && shutdown /h /f"

    The ping is a hackish way of delaying the action. -n 20 should wait for 20 seconds.
    (the double && will allow you to do a ctrl+c to cancel the operation, if you use a simple & then ctl+c will make to automatically shutdown after pressing)

    METHOD :- 2

    timeout /t 20 /NOBREAK > NUL && shutdown /h
    or
    waitfor NUL /t 20 || shutdown /h

    METHOD :- 3

    sleep 20 && shutdown /h /f
    Or
    this if I want it off at a certain time:

    At 22:30 shutdown /h /f
