    How can I make “AUTO FILTER” system in Microsoft excel 2007 in windows 7 home premium?

    I am using windows 7 home premium in my desktop and want to create a auto filter system in Microsoft excel 2007 when condition meet whether it is a string or number please help thank you .

    In order to wok on the Subset of date rather than working on the entire data, "Auto Filter" is used. It provides you the better way to work on the required date rather than providing the entire data.

    1) When creating a table in the Excel 2007, the "Auto Filter" Option is automatically enabled.

    2) A drop down box appears beside every Column. To apply filter, Uncheck the box next to the entries you do not want to display.

    3) If you want to display them, Click the arrow again and then Choose "All" from the drop down list. Or Click the "Clear" Button to remove all the filters in your table.

    Just follow the steps below to auto filter the Microsoft excel 2007

    1. Activate any cell in your table area.
    2. Click the arrow next to the field name to which you want to apply a filter.
    3. Uncheck the box next to any entries that you do not wish to display.
    4. Repeat steps 3 & 4 for any additional fields you want to filter.
    5. To show all records, click the box next to (Select All).
    6. To clear a filter, click the arrow for the column whose filter you want remove
    and choose Clear from the list. Click Reapply to reapply a filter.
    7. To remove all filters from the table, click the Clear button on the Sort & Filter
    group on the Data Ribbon.
    8. To remove the AutoFilter arrows, click the Filter button on the Sort & Filter
    group on the Data Ribbon to deselect it.

    1. Click on the field name to which you want to apply a auto filter
    2. Check the Box next to entries
    3. Click on the next to select all
    4. Click on the arrow for the column whose filtter you want to remove

    Off course, you can make “AUTO FILTER” system in Microsoft excel 2007 in windows 7 home premium.

    To make “AUTO FILTER” system in Microsoft excel 2007 in windows 7 home premium, you have to follow some steps:



    Steps:
    1. Go to Start
    2. Navigate to Programs >> Microsoft Office >> Microsoft Excel 2007
    3. Now Create a data base or copy paste in this new file , so that your original data doesn’t get affected
    4. Select the Field Name for which you want Auto Filter\
    5. Check the Box which is next to Entries
    6. Click on Next (This will select All)
    7. Now Click on the Arrow of Column of which you want to remove the filter

    Done !!
