Do not directly delete the folder in documents and settings folder because it wont be deleted. it has the restrictions .so to delete any user and its files follow these steps

    - right click on the my compute
    - select manage
    - a window will open with two panes left and right
    - in the left pane select user management
    - as soon as you select user management in the left pane , the right pane will show all the users and their permissions
    - so now right click on the user that you want to delete and select the option delete user
    - os will prompt a warning and click on ok.

Now the user and its corresponding files will be deleted

    Go to Computer
Enter into the C drive or in which you installed Your OS
Enter into Users there you will see the users on that computer.
If you are the admin then you can delete the unwanted files.

    """DEAR"""

Go through the wiki article NTFS junction point for NTFS file systems.

Windows 7 has created a junction to C:\Users on the F: drive where you had windows XP. You have to delete the junction point (Top folder only) in F: and not delete file by file as this will cause you to lose the files in C:\Users also.

To locate the junction point open a command prompt window and do a DIR command in F: drive. You will see <Junction> for a junction point whereas for normal folders you will see <DIR>. Do not use DEL command in the Command Prompt window to delete the Junction. Locate the Junction and then delete that folder in Windows Explorer.
