STEP 1: When Launching Windows 8 Press Shift + F8.

STEP 2: Access the trouble shoot menu from Advanced Options > Automatic Recover.

---->go to the control panel

---->select the trouble shooting option from those

---->enable the trouble shooting

hi dear friend.............for the troubleshooting of windows 8 follow the given steps


first click the start menu and open the control panel

after that click the system and security option

and after that click the action center option

then a window will be opened in that click the troubleshooting option

then choose the type of problem and click NEXT

and follow the instructions ........
