    How to change local admin rights in Acer windows notebook?

    I would like to change the local admin rights in my Acer notebook powered by windows. How can I do that?

    your question is incomplete did you mean changing/managing any file and folder rights??
    for this juz go to the file and folder whom admin rights you want to change. then right click on the folder/file and select Properties.. now click the security tab from the top.. now select the account for which you want to change permissions and click on edit..
    now check/uncheck the functions you want to manage like modify, full control, edit, read etc and click OK.....
