    Solution
    STEP 1: Download Resource Hacker.
    STEP 2: Install and open it.
    STEP 3: Open “%windir%\System32\Shell32.dll”.
    STEP 4: You can see five “MCT” Folders.
    STEP 5: In the section “String Table” look for “String Table -> 439 -> 1033
    String Table -> 440 -> 1033
    String Table -> 515 -> 1033”.
    STEP 6: Type “regedit” in Run, hit Enter.
    STEP 7: Go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows \ ShellNoRoam\MUICache”.
    STEP 8: In the right hand side, delete all except “Default & LangID”.
    STEP 9: Apply the changes, your problem is solved.

    hey dear !!
    what i came to know from your post is that you just want to change the start menu, that's it ...
    so,

    1. Right click on TASKAR
    2. Select PROPERTIES
    3. now a dialogue box will be opened there select... Start Menu tab
    4.now you can choose, start menu of your choice.
