    How to create a personal screen saver on Windows XP?

    Instead of default screen saver, I want to create slideshows of ‘My pictures’ on my PC running on Windows XP. How can I do that?

    You should first right click on any space in your desktop. You can view ‘Properties’ option as the last item in the given list. Click on that option to view the ‘Display Properties’ dialog box. You can view five tabs on the top of that dialog box. Click on the screen saver tab among them. Then you can view a drop down list in the middle of the dialog box. From that list, you should select “My Pictures Slideshow”. Finally, you should check whether you can view the slideshow as screen saver.

    To make personal screen saver follow the steps shown below
    --> Right click on desktop
    --> Select Properties
    --> Select Screen Saver
    --> Select My pictures slideshow in the list
    --> Select Settings
    --> There you can select files and change settings as you like
    --> Click OK
    --> Then click apply and OK

    its simple one to put your own picture on screen saver .


    STEPS TO FOLLOW :

    STEP - 1 :

    - choose the picture one or more and put it into my document
    my pictures folder .

    STEP - 2 :

    - come to desktop screen and right click go to properties options
    and select the screen saver

    STEP - 3 :

    - In screen saver window click the scroll options and
    select my picture slide show

    STEP - 4 :

    - After the click the apply button and ok button also

    STEP - 5 :


    - Then if you want set time means select the wait option below the
    screen and finally check the pictures means click the preview button .

    then click on the screensaver,and in that select 3dtext.............

    then click settings and in that type your desired name..........and then click ok.........thats it......

    Now are you waiting for creating a personal screen saver on your windows xp, then you don't worry you can create your personal screen server on your windows so for that you need to follow instructions mention bellow step by step.


    • First of all you need to right click on your desktop,
    • And then click on properties.
    • After that you need to click on the screen saver tab.
    • In the screen saver list, you need to observe the my pictures slideshow option click on it..


    And then click settings for any adjustments, such as how often the pictures should change, what size they should be, and whether you will use transition effects between pictures, and then click ok button. And then now your screen saver is a random display of the pictures taken from your my pictures folder.

    hello friend... it is very easy to create your personal screen saver from my pictures..

    STEP 1-Right-click the desktop, and then click Properties.


    STEP 2-In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Screen Saver tab. Then, click the Screen saver list, and click My Pictures Slideshow.

    Friend, you can Create a Personal Screen Saver on Windows XP by following these Steps.

    STEP 1: First, save the Pictures of your Interest some where in the Computer.

    STEP 2: Right - Click any where on the Desktop and Select "Properties".

    STEP 3: Click on the "Screen Saver" tab.

    Steps are as follows :-
    1. right click on desktop -> click "properties"
    2. click "screen saver" tab -> on screen saver list select "my picture slide show"
    3. in that click "settings" and click "browse" and choose the folder which you want to make your slide show and click ok
    4. You can adjust the time after which the screensaver display on your system by adjusting time in "wait" option below screen saver.

    Follow the steps to follow the screen saver they are as follows -

    1)Open the Control Panel.

    2)In the Control Panel double-click the Display icon.

    3)In Display click the Screen Saver tab.

    4)Within the Screen Saver tab you can view the currently set screensaver as well as change the screensaver to another installed screensaver. Click the Settings button to make any addition changes to the properties of the screensaver.

    5)Finally, once you've changed your password if you wish to see how it will look click the Preview button.

    So this is how your query will be resolved..

    hello dear,

    you have to follow easy crieteria to set a screen saver on your computer and that easy steps are:-

    :- right click on the screen a drop down list apppears you have to choose properties from here.
    :- anew window will appear now you have to click on screeen saver tab.
    :- you can select the screen saver you want on your screen.
    :- you can also set the time limit to appear the screen saver in the ideal time of a computer.
    :- you can also change setting and take a preview in full screen mode of a screen saver.
    :- so select the screen saver and click on apply then ok.

    And dear its done.

    1.Firstly go to the start menu.

    2.Later make right click on the desktop.

    3.Then click on 'Properties'.

    4.There you go to the 'Screen Saver' tab.

    6.And click on 'My Picture Slideshow'.

    There is no need to create a Personal Screen Saver using Third Party Software like Tune Up Utilities.

    Windows Xp has this feature of creating Personal Photos as Screen Saver.

    Just follow these steps:

    Yes . Windows XP allows you to make your own screen saver.
    Here are the steps to make screen saver of your pictures -:
    1. Right click on desktop any where to open popup menu.
    2. Select Properties
    3. Select Screen Saver tab
    4. Select My pictures slideshow

    6. There you can select files and
    change settings as you like
