It looks like the service getting stopped automatically when the system is booted, now services is nothings but the process which are automatically started when your system boots up. Your Bit defender virus service will also be started once the system boots up and now probably that service is getting stopped automatically. Now to debug this follow the below steps,

STEP 1: Press Windows key + R and type services.msc.
STEP 2: A new window will open listing all the services which are running in your Windows system, and search for Bit Defender service -> Check if the status is Started.
STEP 3: If the service is not started then right-click and select Start from it.
STEP 4: Now right click again and select the Properties and in the General tab select Automatic in the Startup type of the service.
STEP 5: If you faced some problem when you tried to start the service then press Windows key + R again and now type eventvwr and press enter.
STEP 6: Select Windows logs -> Application from the left tab and wait for sometime to get the listings in the middle tab.
STEP 7: You can see a exclamatory (!) mark with red color stating it as Error-> Double click that and see the description for the reason the service as stopped.

If the reason is known then probably you can do the fix, but if it is unknown then better you go for a uninstall of your anti-virus and install it fresh again.

    Dear,

This problems happens in most of the computer and it may be due to the hang out of the system. It can be corrected by changing the setting from the command prompt. by typing the services.msc. then click the check the status of the antivirus. click on the start service from it. Now again click on the properties and general tab select the automatic" startup type" of the dervices.

If after that if you are not getting the proper results then you can uninstall the antivirus, restart your computer and install again
