    How dedicated and integrated graphics are difference from each other? Best company for rich graphics enabled laptop?

    I am planning to buy a laptop and I am bit confused in integrated and dedicated graphics which one is better to go for FULL HD games and which company makes the best graphics rich enable laptop?

    Hello,
    There is a huge difference between the dedicated and integrated graphics card.
    Integrated GPU (Graphical processing Units) are present on the mother board itself and you don't have to pay for it.
    But the dedicated GPU is the one which you add to your mother board and it doesn't come with the mother board.
    The work capacity of integrated GPU is less
    whereas the dedicated graphics cards are built to deliver high graphics preformance.
    if you want to experience high performance then i suggest go for the dedicated graphics card.

    the main difference between these two term is the integrated graphics will allow
    for smaller machines, and less power consumptions since they are integrated into
    the northbridge. While this is a common place, it is not always the case.

    I wouldn't say all...many of the functions are accelerated in hardware, but some
    functions are done in software. The critical functions, such as MPEG decoding,
    2D and basic 3D functions are done in hardware. Good point. Still compared to
    dedicated graphics, integrated graphics can be very taxing on the CPU when
    doing graphic intensive operations

    I believe that a good bit of integrated graphics dont offer the high end resolution
    capability that some people need for external monitors/tvs. More often than not,
    integrated graphics can power relatively large resolutions. My parents' mac mini
    power's a 20-inch widescreen monitor. It may even power something larger.
    It does not handle the 30-inch though

    There is no need to get confused.
    You can go for Dedicated graphics.
    Dedicated graphics is like having another processor for running the graphics in your laptop.
    There is no need to involve the Original processor.
    The dedicated processor is the graphic card.
    I integrated the graphic card is also attached with the processor,
    so when your graphic card is used then your processors performance may get affected.
