By Default WIndows 8 as only the Shutdown option but I want the dialog box where it asks for Hibernate and sleep also which are in the previous Windows version, How to do it?

Yes, by default Windows 8 as only the Shutdown option but if you need the hibernate and sleep to be visible you can very well do it too by changing some settings which as follows,
STEP 1: Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R and type powercfg.cpl.
STEP 2: From the left pane click “Choose what the power buttons do”.
STEP 3: Click the “Change settings that are currently unavailable”, if Windows 8 detects the PC support for Sleep and Hibernate it shows the option there. Click the checkbox whatever you want to use i.e sleep & Hibernate.
STEP 4: Click save changes and the new options will be visible now in the shutdown dialog box.

Step 1: Launch Power Options in Control Panel. To do this, you can follow one of the methods given below:
Type Windows + R keys to launch Run dialog box. In the Run dialog, type powercfg.cpl and then Enter key to launch Power Options. This is the simplest method to open Power Options in Windows 8.

Procedure to enable Hibernate and Sleep option in Windows 8 Shut Down dialog box : If you want to enable Hibernate then you have to follow some important instruction and commands are following as :
First you have to Launch a Power option then you have to type Window + R to launch a dialog Box .
Then you have to run dialog,and type powercfg.cpl and press enter key to launch a Power option in control panel.This is a easier method to enable Hibernate .
In other way you can also enable Hibnate and Sleep option in Windows 8 by clicking the start screen and click on Control panel .
After that you have to open Metro style control panel and click to the More setting.
In the left panel of power option you have to click on Choose what the power buttons and open system settings.
Then you have to click the system settings and change the setting .
After that you have to see settings to enable sleep and click on Hibernate and lock option.
Then open a power option menu to see Hiberanate and sleep option in Window 8 .

3.Then you go to the 'Power options'.
4.Then you click on 'Choose what the power buttons'.
5.Then click on 'Change Settings' and make a tick mark to 'Show Hibernate'.
6.At last click on 'save Changes'.

As you have rightly mentioned that Windows 8 has only SHUT DOWN option , but you can always add more options to the existing one and by the following method :
Open "Run" by pressing "Windows + R" , type powercfg.cpl to configure.
on left pane click “Choose what the power buttons do”.
Click “Change settings that are currently unavailable”, (if Windows 8 detects the PC support for Sleep and Hibernate it shows).
Select checkbox to select sleep & Hibernate.
Save changes and exit.
Reboot and you are through.

1.At the first go to the Start menu of your PC.
2.And then go to the option of Control panel.
3.Then after go to the Power option tab.
4.later on go for the option of 'What the power option do' tab.
