How to enable Recording Audio Troubleshooter on Windows 7?

I am not able to record voice properly on my PC running on Windows 7 even though I have installed sound card and recording device on it. To fix this problem, I am planning to enable Recording Audio Troubleshooter on my PC. How can I do that?

You should first click on the ‘Start’ button on your PC. You should then click on ‘Control Panel’ option. You can find the option for your recording device under the ‘Control Panel’. After selecting that option, you should click on ‘Recording Audio Troubleshooter’ for opening it. Then, you should go back to search box and type troubleshooter in it. You can view ‘Troubleshooting’ option on your screen. You should click on that option so that you can view ‘Hardware and Sound’ option. You should then click on ‘Troubleshoot audio recording’ under that option. You may be asked for administrator password or confirmation after that, if needed. In that case, you should type relevant password or confirmation at the specified space.
