    goto control panel

    select add or remove programs

left side of the windows select "installed updates"

    trace out "KB2707511 and KB2709162"

and uninstall both the updates which i have mentioned..

That's it... you will never find such message

the error is appearing because of DOS program

download Microsoft Safety Scanner and perform full scan
if any malware is detected/it will try to remove it
    infected files also get cleaned
(All updates are not useful some times microsoft provide patch for there install updates)

The problem might have been occur because of KB2707511 and KB2709162 update

try to remove it from "add and remove program" in control panel
