I am using windows 7 computer and struggling to delete the gibberish folders. They exists in almost all folders. If you don't know about Gibberish folder then it is like dba3d43999f3546d84bf5614. I can't delete them manually by visiting each and every folder. Is there any method to delete them in one go?

First of all, perform an clean boot and check whether it fix your issue or not? Sometimes this kind of problem occurs due to minor software conflicts. The steps to perform the clean boot is shown below:
    1. Click on "Start" button and type "msconfig" in the search box and hit enter button on keyboard. It can ask for Administrator password so don't hesitate to provide the same. Now a different windows will appear before you.
    2. Click on "General Tab" and then on "Selective Startup".Now uncheck the "Load Startup Items" check box.
    3. After that click on "Services" tab and check the check box which has the option "Hide All Microsoft Services". Once checked that option, click on "Disable All" button and click on "Ok" button. After completing all the above mentioned steps, restart your computer to reflect these changes.
Don't forget to bring your setting back to normal again. If it doesn't fix your issue then try "Disk Cleanup" utility. It is an inbuilt feature which is present in windows OS.To do the same, right click on the particular drive and click on choose "Properties". Make sure that you are at "General" tab. Now click on "Disk Cleanup" button. It will take few minutes but will fix your issue. I will also suggest you to use the latest antivirus.
