To stop this error message from appearing, open the Task Manager and click on "Processes Tab". After that click on "Show Processes from all users" option. You will find this option at the bottom of window. Now click on "Continue", if it ask you for the same. Now try to look for "rstrui.exe" in the column. After finding the same, right click on it and click on "End Process" option. A confirmation dialog can appear where you will have to add your confirmation. After that this error message will not appear before you.

    Follow the below steps:
The next time this happens, take a look in the Task Manager to see if the rstrui.exe process is running.
To do this, follow these steps.
    >>Right click the Taskbar and select Task Manager from the menu.
    >>In the Task Manager, select the Processes Tab.
    >>At the bottom of the window, click the Show Processes from all users button.
    >>Click Continue on the UAC prompt.
    >>In the Image Name column, look for the rstrui.exe process.
    >>If found, right click that process and select the End Process item.
    >>Click End Process on the confirmation dialog.

    Thank you.

Advanced Computer User Solution (manual update):
    1) Switch on your pc and then sign on as the admin.

    2) Then click the Get started button then click All Programs, Accessories, System, and then select Restore.

    3) From the next screen, click “Restore my personal computer to a prior date” and after that click on Next.

    4) Select the freshest system restore point within the “click a restoration date” listing, and then click on Next.

    5) Click Next on the confirmation screen.

    6) Restart your computer system once the restoration is done.

    Beginner User Method (completely automatic):
    1) Download and open the (The System Restore Wizard Is Already Running) repair application.

    2) Install software program and simply click on Scan button.

    3) Next, click the Repair Errors button once the diagnostic scan is finished.

    4) Reboot your computer system.

Here is what you should do,
First you should start the task manager.
Then you should click on process tab.
Then click on show processes from all users.
Then you should click on Continue.
After that you will be able to see rstrui.exe there.
From there you should end that process and your problem will be solved.
    Good luck!!!
